The Opportunity

This role is based in Maple Grove MN or St. Paul MN within the Medical Devices R&D Solutions team. As a Senior Analyst Business Systems you will support and enhance critical IT systems while leading technical projects that enable compliant highquality R&D operations. Youll partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver system improvements in a regulated fastpaced environment.

What Youll Work On

• Lead planning coordination and execution of IT projects including deployments upgrades remediation and Microsoft Evergreen initiatives

• Manage project roadmaps timelines risks budgets and status reporting

• Provide technical project management across application and infrastructure environments

• Support application administration configuration access management and ServiceNow incident/request/change management

• Gather document and manage business and technical requirements

• Analyze configure test and implement system enhancements following changecontrol processes

• Support system validation activities and ensure compliance with quality corporate and regulatory standards

• Maintain application documentation and licensing frameworks (e.g. FLEXlm)

• Deliver technical expertise for application implementations and crossfunctional initiatives

• Communicate effectively with business partners and IT teams to drive alignment and timely decisionmaking

• Influence crossfunctional teams and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

• 35 years of experience leading IT projects or programs from initiation through closure

• Demonstrated ownership of project planning requirements gathering risk management change control and status reporting

• Experience influencing crossfunctional teams in a matrixed environment without direct authority

• Proven ability to present project status risks and recommendations to business and IT leadership

• Experience managing multiple initiatives in a geographically distributed organization

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint SharePoint OneDrive and Teams

• Handson experience with ServiceNow (incidents requests changes)

• Knowledge of Windows hardware operating systems and associated infrastructure

• Ability to meet onsite attendance expectations per current policy

Preferred Qualifications

• 24 years of business process analysis experience defining system configuration requirements

• Experience conducting feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses to inform project decisions

• Experience mapping currentstate and futurestate processes and identifying system or process gaps

• Handson experience configuring maintaining or integrating COTS applications

• Experience with quality or validated IT systems Abbott BTS SLC ProcessX or Windchill

• Familiarity with facility security or building management systems (e.g. Niagara WebCtrl UHL Genetec Envoy PassagePoint)

• 13 years supporting IT projects tied to facilities infrastructure lab/plant systems or OT platforms

• Experience supporting Microsoft Evergreen initiatives in a large enterprise environment
