Job Summary

As a team member of the Maintenance team the Custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness safety and operational efficiency within an industrial environment. This role goes beyond basic janitorial duties involving specialized cleaning tasks minor maintenance and compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and productive workplace within AMSOIL standards. This position reports to the AMSOIL Center in Superior Wisconsin and has a core work schedule of Monday through Friday 2:30pm to 11: Responsibilities:General CleaningSweep mop vacuum and scrub floors in production areas warehouses offices and common and sanitize restrooms break rooms and commons windows walls and other surfaces as furniture HVAC vents and other surfaces as breakrooms and restrooms stocked with consumablesWaste ManagementCollect and dispose of trash recyclables and industrial waste according to AMSOIL Industrial TasksOperate drivable floor sweeper floor scrubbers and forklift as & ComplianceFollow OSHA and Amsoil safety spills leaks or safety hazards SupportPerform minor repairs (e.g. changing light bulbs painting).Assist maintenance teams during deep-cleaning & DocumentationMonitor and replenish cleaning logs of cleaning activities and safety checks within CMMS system (Limble)Position Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required.1 years of experience cleaning in an industrial 40 hours/week Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3: certification preferred (training is received on the job).Valid drivers license clean driving record and the ability to be insurable for AMSOIL INC. be able to work as part of a team and be capable of have high attention to detail and desire to produce quality to stand and walk for extended periods of time and repetitively lift for long periods of Details:Pay Type - HourlyPay Rate - $18.00 to $20.00/hour depending on relevant skills experience and : 2:30pm- 11:00pmBenefits: Paid time off and paid holidays each year Employee bonus program401(k) with company match Paid life short-term disability and long-term disability insurance Competitive health benefits Health savings account (HSA) and flexible spending account (FSA) options Affordable group dental vision critical illness and accident insurance Employee discount on productCorporate gym membershipIf you have any questions or need assistance with the application process please email:
