TheHead of ITis responsible forleading thestrategy and integration ofacquiredcompanies.They will build the relationships with the business unit to lead totransformation activities to achieve anAcrisure-widestrategic portfolio of market-driven digitaltechnology platformspoised for enrollment growth. The portfolio includesIT Infrastructure and IT Applications initiativesas well asCybersecurityanddigital transformation initiatives. They will work collaboratively withinternaland external stakeholders driving criticaltechnology transformationstrategies; designingsystemlifecycle stage plans;engagingmarket intelligence research; developingbusiness case & ROI for initiatives; guiding qualitytechnology deployment and IT portfolio managementprocesses.
The Head of ITwill have a multitude ofIT integrationprojects in various stages at one time.
Essential Duties
Strategy Full understanding of the IT program portfolio&activitiesin accordance withthe mission and goals ofAcrisure and alignment ofacquiredcompaniesneeds.
Integration Assess andmanageintegration ofacquiredcompanies that leads to a mature and efficient run state.
Line of Business SupportUnderstand business and revenue model end-to-end which includes system alignment and optimization both current and post integration run state.
Risk ManagementWork with Cyber security to analyze current risk state andassisttooptimizerickmanagement.
Financial Management Analyze current financialrunstate and measure against integration ROI.
Enterprise Architect Responsibilities:
Develop andmaintaina strategicIT integrationplan leading a highly collaborative effort todeliver on IT initiativesto maximizevalueacrossAcrisure.
Develop and maintainROIsfor integration in Financial Risk and Service Management.
Maintain and/orimprove existingnimbleprocessesto provideintegration programson a rollforward basis.
Serve as a liaison betweenITcorporatedepartments andbusinessunits to coordinate the necessary support needed to provide successfulimplementation of integration and platform rationalization.
Collaborate with potential stakeholders toidentifyspecific needs.
Managerisks and issues andtaking correctivemeasurements
Coordinatethe projects and theirinterdependencies
Manageandutilizingintegration resources across projects
Manage stakeholders communication
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors Degree with an Information Technology emphasis strongly preferred.
7 years of Technology experience within a complex IT environmentwith 3 years of leadership/managerial experience.
KnowledgeSkills& Abilities:
Experience applying project management best practicesintegrationor stack rationalization withdesign-thinking approaches
Experience using key performance indicatorsmetricsand data/predictive analytics to support planningdecision-makingand continuous improvement efforts
Experience implementing technology stacks: Microsoft GCP Amazon Line of Business and ERP (Workday ADP SAPDeltek Oracle NetSuiteetc).
Experience supervising trainingmotivatingand mentoring staff in a high performing operation
HighlyDesired:Holdacombination Project Management Certification (PMP Agile etc.) and/or Technical Certifications (Microsoft Amazon GCPetc) and/or Security Governance and Risk Certifications (CISSP CRISC Security CISM ITIL CGEIT etc.)
Experience working with abstract concepts in innovative ways to solve problems.
Experience with consensus building to bring together opposing views andsteeringdebates toward practical solutions and paths forward.
