Job Summary

Transformation Analyst

Role Purpose: Ensure data consistency insight generation and leadership-friendly reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect inputs and consolidate data from multiple global stakeholders/teams

Identify trends slippages and risks

Convert raw data into management-ready insights

Ensure consistency of narratives metrics and reporting

Support QBRs MBRs and board-level reporting packs

Ensure version control and data hygiene

Key Skills and Experience:

2 4 years of experience

PMO consulting analyst or enterprise program support background

Comfortable working with senior global stakeholders

Stakeholder coordination across time zones

Consolidation of data from multiple programs and teams

Discipline in follow-ups and closure

Analytical summarization and Attention to detail

PowerPoint (storyboarding executive slides)

Excel (basic analysis pivot tables)

Global exposure preferred
