The SR HR Generalist Recruitment & Special Projects serves as a strategic and hands-on HR partner with primary responsibility for full-cycle recruitment and the execution of high-impact HR initiatives. This role works closely with senior leadership to attract top talent drive organizational effectiveness and lead cross-functional HR projects that support business goals. The ideal candidate is both operationally strong and strategically minded with the ability to influence problem-solve and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles from workforce planning and job design through offer negotiation and onboarding
- Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs hiring priorities and long-term talent strategies
- Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies to attract diverse high-quality candidates
- Manage relationships with external recruiting partners vendors and job boards
- Analyze recruiting metrics (time to fill quality of hire pipeline health) and recommend improvements
Strategic HR Partnership
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to senior leadership providing guidance on talent organizational design and workforce trends
- Support leaders with interviewing selection decisions and onboarding strategies to ensure successful hires
- Translate business objectives into practical HR solutions that drive performance and engagement
Special Projects & HR Initiatives
- Lead and/or support special HR projects such as process improvements policy development engagement initiatives and change management efforts
- Partner cross-functionally to design and implement programs aligned with company culture and values such Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs.
- Manage project timelines deliverables and stakeholder communication to ensure successful execution
HR Generalist Support
- Provide day-to-day HR support across areas including employee relations performance management compliance and HR policies
- Assist with investigations documentation and resolution of employee relations matters as needed
- Ensure HR practices align with employment laws and internal standards
