SALARY:$70500 - $77000 bonus eligible

SHIFT:

5 days a week 8-10 hour shifts scheduled between 9am and 1am.
Monday - Sunday availability.
Flexible schedule for special event weeks required.

COMPANY:

ROLE SUMMARY:As a Pub Manager you are the Floor General. You will bridge the gap between back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) ensuring that whether we have 5 or 40 employees on the floor our service is seamless and our hospitality is unmatched. Youll be the master of day-to-day operations focusing on the numbers that drive successlabor and COGSwhile never losing sight of the guest experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage coach and inspire a diverse team of 540 hourly employees per shift. Youll be responsible for scheduling and leading high-impact pre-shift huddles.
Execute high-volume shifts with precision. Youll problem-solve on the fly ensuring both staff and guests stay happy during peak rushes.
Manage labor percentages and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). Youll handle inventory ordering and forecasting to ensure the pub is always prepared for the next wave.
While you dont need to be a Master Cicerone youll oversee beverage quality. Basic draft system knowledge (keg swaps gas ratios troubleshooting) is a major plus.
Act as a kind patient and professional presence for our guests and a supportive mentor for our team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
12 years of management experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment.
A proven ability to think clearly and solve problems under pressure. You dont just survive the storm; you lead through it.
Experience with inventory systems ordering and managing labor costs.
This is the hospitality worldnights weekends and holidays are when the magic happens.
A genuine love for craft beer and technical familiarity with draft systems.

Required Experience:

Manager
