Intern Investment Strategy Analyst

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic intern to join our Investment Strategy unit.

This team is responsible for producing and disseminating economic and financial markets intelligence both inside and outside the bank.

You will help us maintain and improve the foundations for a macro/investment office function.

You will also help the team create and deliver content that helps customers change their perception of the bank.

Your key responsibilities:

Assistance in the preparation of reports related to macroeconomic and financial markets developments.

Maintenance and exploitation of database (Macrobond).

Preparation of reports and presentations on functional monitors (macroeconomics banking and financial markets).

• Students or recent graduates with a masters or bachelors degree in business or economics no previous experience required.
• Passionate about financial markets and macroeconomics.
• A born financial news follower.
• Data-driven with common sense and attention to detail.
• Good learning ability.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Great organizational oral and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to make effective presentations: effective storytelling excellent PowerPoint skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Previous experience of using Bloomberg would be an advantage.
• Able to work in an autonomous way to take initiative and to make things happen with a can-do attitude.
• Good team player willing to collaborate with different people.
• Very good oral and written English skills with at least level C1.
• Ability to work at an international level.
• Minimum availability of 6 months renewable according to the universitys criteria.

Buscamos un becario con talento y entusiasmo para incorporarse a nuestra Unidad de Investment Strategy.

Este equipo es responsable de producir y difundir inteligencia económica y mercados financieros tanto dentro como fuera del banco.

Nos ayudarás a mantener y mejorar las bases de una función de oficina macro/inversión.

También ayudarás al equipo a crear y difundir contenidos que ayuden a los clientes a cambiar su percepción del banco.

Tus principales tareas:

- Apoyo en la elaboración de informes relacionados con la evolución macroeconómica.

- Mantenimiento y explotación de la base de datos (Macrobond).

- Preparación de informes y presentaciones sobre monitores funcionales y mercados financieros (macroeconomía banca y mercados financieros).

• Estudiantes o personas recién graduadas con un máster o una licenciatura en empresariales o economía no se requiere experiencia previa.
• Pasión por los mercados financieros y la macroeconomía.
• Interés genuino por la actualidad financiera.
• Persona orientada a datos con sentido común y atención al detalle.
• Buena capacidad de aprendizaje.
• Gran capacidad de análisis.
• Gran capacidad de organización y comunicación oral y escrita.
• Gran capacidad para hacer presentaciones efectivas: narración eficaz excelentes conocimientos de PowerPoint.
• Buenos conocimientos de Excel.
• Se valorará la experiencia previa en el uso de Bloomberg.
• Capaz de trabajar de forma autónoma tomar la iniciativa y hacer que las cosas sucedan con una actitud de sí se puede.
• Buena capacidad de trabajo en equipo con disposición para colaborar con distintas personas.
• Muy buen nivel de inglés oral y escrito con al menos un nivel C1.
• Capacidad para trabajar a nivel internacional.
• Disponibilidad mínima de 6 meses renovable según criterio de la universidad.
