You wont just be managing tickets; youll be optimizing the digital workspace for a global team ensuring that every call meeting and message is crystal clear and completely secure.
Required Skills -
- Administrative experience in M365 with a focus on Exchange online email hygiene and collaboration platforms like Skype and Teams.
- Understanding of M365 Hybrid configuration environments is preferred.
- Experience in MDM solutions and end-user support of mobile devices preferred.
- Understanding of Enterprise Voice infrastructure components and adjacent technologies such as Microsoft Teams Calling Microsoft Exchange integration and Active Directory as it pertains to UC services is preferred.
- Strong Network and VoIP technology experience with Routing & Switching Protocols TCP/IP QoS SIP VLANs and WAN protocols and technologies.
- PowerShell scripting experience preferred
