Job Summary:

- Act as the Salesforce Business/Product Analyst for Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) integrations.
- Manage and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Gather analyze and translate business requirements into clear development-ready user stories with precise acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with Product Engineering and business stakeholders to define project scope and set priorities.
- Lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles including planning execution defect triage and obtaining business sign-off.
- Utilize Salesforce Data Loader and CRM Analytics (Wave) for data analysis validation and to drive accurate reporting.
- Support and coordinate cross-cloud Salesforce integrations and manage release activities.
- Ensure solutions leverage strong understanding of Salesforce data models integrations and the enterprise Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Prefer candidates with hands-on experience in Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
