Job Summary
Role Summary
We are seeking a strong Java and Python Developer who has transitioned into Salesforce development. This resource will work fluidly across multiple projects supporting existing systems with a strong focus on coding integrations automation and production support. The ideal candidate is technology-agnostic reads and understands code deeply and leverages internal AI tools to deliver efficiently.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Salesforce Developer Certification(s) Mandatory
- 3 years of hands-on Python experience
- Strong Java development experience (used for pipelines and backend support)
- Proven experience supporting and enhancing existing Salesforce implementations
- Strong understanding of core software development principles
- Ability to read analyze and troubleshoot code across multiple technologies (not limited to one stack)
- Experience leveraging internal AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot / Freddie-enabled AI) to enhance delivery and velocity
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- MuleSoft experience
- Additional integration platform exposure
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Code directly to business and technical requirements
- Support and enhance existing Salesforce applications
- Perform analysis development testing and test automation
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues
- Design and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Provide production support including deployment support
- Participate in deployments occurring every two weeks
- On-call deployment support approximately once per quarter
