Job Summary

Role Summary

We are seeking a strong Java and Python Developer who has transitioned into Salesforce development. This resource will work fluidly across multiple projects supporting existing systems with a strong focus on coding integrations automation and production support. The ideal candidate is technology-agnostic reads and understands code deeply and leverages internal AI tools to deliver efficiently.

Must-Have Qualifications

5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Salesforce Developer Certification(s) Mandatory
3 years of hands-on Python experience
Strong Java development experience (used for pipelines and backend support)
Proven experience supporting and enhancing existing Salesforce implementations
Strong understanding of core software development principles
Ability to read analyze and troubleshoot code across multiple technologies (not limited to one stack)
Experience leveraging internal AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot / Freddie-enabled AI) to enhance delivery and velocity

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

MuleSoft experience
Additional integration platform exposure

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Code directly to business and technical requirements
Support and enhance existing Salesforce applications
Perform analysis development testing and test automation
Troubleshoot application and integration issues
Design and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems
Provide production support including deployment support
Participate in deployments occurring every two weeks
- On-call deployment support approximately once per quarter
Support CI/CD pipelines using Java
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across projects

Technical Responsibilities

Salesforce development and customization
Backend and integration support
Test automation and quality assurance
CI/CD and deployment support
AI-assisted development using approved internal tools
