DescriptionThe Role
Oversee all phases of M&A transaction execution (acquisitions divestitures equity investments joint ventures) across WTWs global enterprise
Build detailed financial & operating models including valuation merger consequences trading comps precedent transactions DCF NPV and IRR analysis
Conduct due diligence process coordinating cross-functional teams internally and externally (e.g. finance accounting tax HR legal strategy operations external advisors etc.)
Perform in-depth company and industry research as part of strategic assessment of targets / landscape
Prepare business cases and management presentations for review by Executive Leadership team and Board of Directors
Support drafting and negotiation of term sheets LOIs and definitive agreements
Engage with WTW business leaders to develop M&A strategy inorganic priorities and playbook
Manage several projects at once ensuring timely execution by driving workflow and meeting deadlines
Responsibilities-
QualificationsThe Requirements
- 2 years of experience in corporate development investment banking management consulting or private equity
- Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting Economics Engineering or related field
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience with project management and coordination of cross-functional teams
- Insurance financial and / or professional services industry experience is a plus but not required

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education/professional certifications qualifications/experience performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $120000.00-$140000.00 USD annually.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
