Qualifying Questions:

Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role

Summary:

Develop and maintain integrations based on functional specifications; adjust based on feedback
Update and maintain documentation as needed
Troubleshoot and resolve integration defects with business analysts and functional owners
Follow change-control procedures for all integration modifications
Provide clear business-focused updates to the Integrations Manager and project leadership
Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve code/data quality

Requirements:

Clearance: Ability to Obtain
3 5 years hands-on experience developing and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors integrations
Proficient with SAP EC/ECP data flows and structures
Proven ability to translate functional specs into integrations supporting key business processes
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP ABAP certification
Advanced communication skills (soft skill)
Proficiency in ABAP4
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Ability to write technical documentation and end-user documentation
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Desired Skills:

Technical experience with APIs middleware or scripting (SQL Power Query Python)
Experience in Scrum/Agile teams including sprint ceremonies and backlog management
Familiarity with robotic process automation or AI-driven code tools
Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs
