Job Summary

Job role: PMO Lead

Duration: 6 9 months (contract)

Location: 3 days a week in New York NY 10022

Overview:

Serve as PMO Lead for the NY branch core banking transformation overseeing governance planning execution and reporting for an onsite Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation covering deposits lending payments treasury trade finance and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Own PMO governance across all Oracle FLEXCUBE workstreams (core banking payments lending treasury integrations)
Build and manage the integrated master plan milestones dependencies and critical path
Drive RAID management issue escalation and executive-level reporting
Coordinate Oracle system integrators internal IT operations treasury payments and compliance teams
Lead cutover planning Day-1 readiness and post-go-live stabilization
Ensure delivery aligns with regulatory audit and bank governance requirements
Run steering committees and act as primary delivery point of accountability

Required Experience:

12 years leading banking transformation or core banking programs
Strong experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE (or equivalent core banking platforms)
Prior PMO Lead or Program Manager experience on large multi-module banking implementations
Experience in regulated banking environments (US banking a strong plus)
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
