Do you have a passion for making a meaningful difference in peoples lives Village Caregiving is seeking compassionate Caregivers CNAs and Home Health Aides to provide oneonone inhome support to clients.
Location: Serving clients in and around Iowa City Iowa
Schedule: PRN or parttime with opportunities to increase hours as our team and client base grow

What Youll Be Doing
As a caregiver youll provide essential oneonone support to help clients maintain independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include:
Assisting with personal care (bathing grooming hygiene dressing)
Supporting mobility and safe transfers
Preparing meals and promoting proper nutrition
Performing light housekeeping
Providing companionship and emotional support
Reporting unusual incidents to nurses or family members
Responding quickly and responsibly in emergencies
What Were Looking For
Respectful compassionate individuals who thrive in oneonone care
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to provide emotional and physical support with empathy
Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines
Strong communication and reliability with clients families and coworkers
Comfort supporting clients with mobility or memoryrelated challenges
Current CPR (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire
Strong communication timemanagement and interpersonal skills
Physical endurance to complete required tasks
