Whatyoullbe doing

As a Project Coordinator Co-opwithin Enterprise Real Estate & Workplace Transformationyoullbe part of the People Culture and Brand (PC&B) group. Youllwork closely with the Program Director Project Managers and core business and PMO members to ensure program governance processes are effectivelymanagedprogram work artifacts are appropriatelyleveragedand practices adhered across ourprograms.Responsibilities also includeon-goingadministrative coordination in support ofour Peopleleaders andtheir teams. ensuringtimelyand effective delivery of assigned projects. Provide technical administrative and any project coordination support to the team you areassigned.At this level you are expected to function independently withvery littledirection seek help and clarification as as well aspossessstrong initiative and ability to foresee potential issues/problems that may arise in support of the Leaders or teams.Throughthis work you get more exposure to the inner workings of Enterprise Program PMOs andLarge ScaleProgram Management as a discipline.

  • You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However you do not need to be in a registered Co-Op program to beconsidered fora role.

    Howyoullsucceed

    • Project Coordination You will work with Project Managers and other team members throughout all phases of the Project Management lifecycle. You will perform Project Control functions and provide technical administrative guidance & support on key project artifact deliverables (e.g.administrativeprocedures/processesworkplans business case support etc.)Assistto develop manage and control schedules by making continuous updates escalating issues when necessary. Proactivelyidentifycapture& communicatekey program activities including anything that will take projects off schedule and find solutions to correct the problem.

    • Tracking & Reporting Youwill track progress on milestones response/resolution plans change requests issues & risks. You process information with a high degree of accuracy with attention to the details. Support monthly & quarterly project accruals and financial reporting. Coordinate flow & management of documents for team and perform updates/reviews as(using tools such asSharepoint Planview Shared drive). You havegood timemanagement skills.Assistor lead the preparation of high quality and compelling materials for various team and management meetings as.

    • Communication Welldeveloped written & verbal communication skills. Ability to produce a variety of business documents with clarity of thought and orderliness of presentation. Ability to articulate factual and conceptual information which require detailed explanation or interpretation
