Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to assemble wire test and inspect electro-mechanical components and sub-assemblies. This role involves working from schematics blueprints and work instructions to build high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.

Work Schedule Options:

A-Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 1 hour lunch (40 hours)

BMonday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 1 hour lunch OR 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 30-minute lunch (40 hours) Friday off

CTuesday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 1 hour lunch OR 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 30-minute lunch (40 hours) Monday off

Responsibilities:

Assemble electro-mechanical components sub-assemblies and systems according to drawings schematics and work instructions
Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools power tools and fixtures
Wire components including connectors cables harnesses and terminals
Solder components (through-hole and/or surface mount depending on role)
Perform basic testing troubleshooting and inspection of assemblies
Read and interpret electrical schematics wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings
Identify and report defects discrepancies or process issues
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
Follow ESD safety and quality procedures at all times
Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

$20 - $23 an hour
