Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to assemble wire test and inspect electro-mechanical components and sub-assemblies. This role involves working from schematics blueprints and work instructions to build high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
Work Schedule Options:
A-Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 1 hour lunch (40 hours)
BMonday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 1 hour lunch OR 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 30-minute lunch (40 hours) Friday off
CTuesday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 1 hour lunch OR 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 30-minute lunch (40 hours) Monday off

Responsibilities:
- Assemble electro-mechanical components sub-assemblies and systems according to drawings schematics and work instructions
- Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools power tools and fixtures
- Wire components including connectors cables harnesses and terminals
- Solder components (through-hole and/or surface mount depending on role)
- Perform basic testing troubleshooting and inspection of assemblies
- Read and interpret electrical schematics wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings
- Identify and report defects discrepancies or process issues
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
- Follow ESD safety and quality procedures at all times
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
