Job Summary
Overview: Cigna Healthcares Pharmacy Management organization is seeking a highly skilled strategically minded Data Measurement & Reporting Senior Advisor to lead advanced analytical initiatives supporting complex reporting needs across the enterprise. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy reliability and scalability of pharmacy reporting and performance measurement used by senior leadership and key stakeholders across Pharmacy Sales & Account Management Product Finance Compliance and other crossfunctional partners. The Senior Advisor will serve as a technical and subjectmatter expert for pharmacy claims and benefitsrelated data owning highvisibility production reporting deliverablesincluding Performance Guarantees (PGs)and driving the development of new reporting assets automation capabilities and data quality improvements. This role requires strong analytical expertise deep data acumen and the ability to independently manage highcomplexity work with minimal direction.
Responsibilities:
- Own endtoend delivery of highcomplexity reporting and analytical solutions supporting operational compliance financial and strategic objectives.
- Independently analyze interpret and validate largescale pharmacy claims benefits clinical and customerlevel datasets.
- Lead the development enhancement and governance of production reporting deliverables including dashboards operational datasets and Performance Guarantees (PGs) reporting.
- Proactively identify data integrity issues investigate anomalies and drive crossfunctional rootcause resolution.
- Architect new reporting solutions aligned with evolving business requirements and enterprise measurement strategies.
- Advance automation efforts leveraging SQL Databricks Power BI Alteryx and other analytic tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Serve as a SME (subject matter expert) in pharmacy claims data structures CCW PHRMRDS and downstream reporting impacts.
- Lead or significantly contribute to projectbased initiatives (e.g. reporting modernization metric framework redesign new data asset development).
- Translate business needs into welldefined technical requirements and design scalable data solutions.
- Partner with IT Data Engineering Product Compliance and Operations to ensure alignment and successful execution of reporting strategies.
- Provide clear wellstructured communication of complex metrics methodologies and data definitions to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Develop highquality documentation SOPs and reporting governance assets.
- Present insights and recommendations directly to senior stakeholders.
- Cultivate strong collaborative partnerships across Pharmacy Management and enterprise teams.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 plus years of experience required
- Intermediate SQL Power BI Excel (Intermediate) experience required
- Power Query / Power Pivot / DAX Databricks
- CCW (Pharmacy) and PHRMRDS experience
- Alteryx (preferred)
- SAS (preferred)
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position we anticipate offering an annual salary of 113000 - 188300 USD / yearly depending on relevant factors including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
