Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
Licensure: Must be a Certified Medical Assistant.
Experience: Previous hands-on experience in a clinical healthcare setting is required.
Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. Strong clinical skills including vital signs phlebotomy and patient preparation.
Language:Must be Bilingual in Spanish.
Soft Skills:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills strong organizational ability empathy and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Room patients obtain and accurately record vital signs and document patient history in the EMR.
Assist healthcare providers with examinations procedures and treatments.
Perform basic clinical tasks such as phlebotomy administering EKGs and preparing lab specimens.
Schedule appointments manage patient flow and handle administrative tasks as needed.
Provide clear communication and instructions to patients in both English and Spanish ensuring comfort and understanding.
