The Assistant Director Ambulatory Practice Operations will provide operational oversight of the day to day operations of multiple physician practices or specialties to ensure site(s) are managed in a consistent manner that embraces UCM patient centered service excellence and clinical quality standards. The Assistant Director works with the goal of boosting performance of the offices by implementing strategies and business plans to drive the organizations growth and quality initiatives. The position will successfully partner across multiple stakeholders and departments and align operational initiatives with the overall strategic goals of the University of Chicago Medical addition to providing operational oversight this individual will be a key collaborator with relevant departments for coordination of care across the continuum use of technological tools and solutions metrics reporting customer service and process improvement.

UChicago Medicine is committed to transparency in compensation and benefits. The pay range provided reflects the anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position.
The pay range is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) and is reflective of current market data reviewed on an annual basis. Compensation offered at the time of hire will vary based on candidate qualifications and experience and organizational considerations such as internal equity. Pay ranges for employees subject to Collective Bargaining Agreements are negotiated by the medical center and their respective union.
