Job Description

• Suporte ao processo de cobrança para clientes OnStar incluindo gerenciamento de contas de

• clientes e garantia de cobrança precisa.

• Suporte a apresentações de vendas para potenciais clientes destacando os benefícios dos serviços e produtos OnStar.

• Suporte no desenvolvimento de queries e scripts em python de automação para atividades da área.

• Apoiar na elaboração e apresentar relatórios regulares sobre o desempenho dos serviços OnStar nas áreas atribuídas.

• Apoiar a gestão de parcerias com as principais partes interessadas incluindo revendedores prestadores

• de serviços e outros parceiros.

Requisitos:

• Estar regularmente matriculado em Engenharia Produção Engenharia de Controle e Automação Engenharia Industrial e com graduação prevista para Julho ou Dezembro de 2027;

• Conhecimento intermediário em inglês;

• Conhecimento em pacote Office;

• Disponibilidade para estagiar 6 horas por dia;

• Capacidade de interação com diversas áreas e pessoas em diferentes níveis da companhia.
