Job Summary

The Data Analyst in Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) is responsible for analyzing interpreting and visualizing data related to wholesale loan operations. This role supports business decision-making process improvements and regulatory compliance by delivering actionable insights and robust reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect clean and analyze data from multiple sources related to loan servicing operations and client activity.
- Develop and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Identify trends anomalies and opportunities for process optimization within WLS operations.
- Collaborate with business partners technology teams and management to define data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support regulatory and audit requests by providing accurate and timely data extracts and analysis.
- Document data processes methodologies and findings for transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to automation initiatives and the adoption of advanced analytics tools.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Finance Business Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis within financial services or lending operations.
- Proficiency in SQL Alteryx Sigma and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Qlik Sense)
- Strong analytical problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience with data cleansing validation and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge on AWS and Jira Management
