Are you passionate about guiding students on their path to higher education Were seeking a motivated bilingual (Spanish preferred) Admissions Advisor to represent our University in a highly visible and impactful this position your primary focus will be supporting dual credit studentshigh school learners earning college creditas they transition into higher education. As an ambassador of our institution youll connect with prospective students families schools and community partners helping them navigate the admissions process with confidence and clarity. Youll manage a designated recruitment territory travel extensively during peak seasons and contribute to outreach efforts including events campus visits orientation programs and communication campaigns. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Plans and organizes student admission orientation or registration functions for the central university division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management. Serves as a primary point of representation and liaison with respect to student recruitment orientation and retention programming. Reviews and compiles student applications and data university wide. Participates in the generation of program resources and in the design and development of the program operating goals objectives and protocols. May be responsible for maintaining official academic records evaluating transcripts advising potential students on admissions orientation and registration requirements and options and administers applicable student policies.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:
Associates Degree 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelors degree.

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Special Certification/Licensure:

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

Environment: Work is normally performed indoors.

Physical Effort: Light physical effort. Effort applies to no more than two (2) hours per day.

Lifting Requirements: Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 10 pounds or some standing or walking.

Risk: No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
