Your day begins with a walk through the property greeting guests and scanning for anything that needs attention - from a flickering light to a system that needs finetuning. You lead and perform routine inspections preventative maintenance and repairs across guest rooms public spaces and all major building systems ensuring everything operates at peak performance. When a guest has an issue you respond quickly resolve it efficiently and help restore their stay with professionalism and care. You collaborate closely with other departments to coordinate repairs minimize disruptions and support smooth hotel operations. You maintain detailed records uphold safety and compliance standards manage tools and inventory and contribute to energysaving initiatives. Whether youre troubleshooting a complex mechanical issue mentoring a team member or assisting with general tasks you play a vital role in keeping the hotel safe efficient and welcoming every single day.
