As a Business & Marketing Analyst you will support data-driven decision-making across StandTogethersmarketing and business initiatives by helping ensure performance data isaccurate consistent and actionable. This role is well-suited for an early-career analyst with some hands-on experience who is ready to take on increasing ownership of analysis reporting and measurement execution.
You will work closely with marketing communications and analytics partners to track performance analyze trends andmaintainreliable measurement across campaigns and channels. Your work will help improve data quality reporting consistency and confidence in insights used by teams across the organization.

How You Will Contribute

    • Build andmaintainclear reliable performance dashboards and reports that align to defined marketing and business metrics.
    • Analyze customer and audience journeysfrom acquisition to engagement to conversionto highlight trends friction points and optimization opportunities.
    • Execute and uphold measurement best practices including UTM parameter setup naming conventions documentation and ongoing QA to ensure consistent and trustworthy tracking.
    • Partner with marketing digital and analytics teams to review campaign setupsvalidatetracking and troubleshoot foundational data or attribution issues.
    • Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer business and marketing questions converting complex data into concise actionable insights for stakeholders.
    • Support recurring reporting rhythms (weekly monthly and postcampaign) and contribute to the preparation of insights visualizations and readouts for crossteam communication.

What You Will Bring

    • 13 years of experience (including internships) in marketing analytics business analysis performance reporting or related analytical roles.
    • Familiarity with core digital marketing metrics and KPIs (e.g. traffic engagement conversion email performance).
    • Experience supporting or executing campaign tracking (e.g. UTM parameters tagging frameworks).
    • Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4.
    • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis cleaning and reporting.
    • Exposure to BI or data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau).
    • Basic familiarity with SQL or a clear interest in developing querying skills.
    • Ability to create and maintain clear documentation for measurement standards and reporting conventions.
    • Comfort managing multiple tasks deadlines and stakeholders in a fastmoving environment.
    • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and consistency.
