Key Responsibilities for Advanced Security Controls Support -Strong understanding of Oracle HCM cloud security and access management in configuring and managing security roles and and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage security issues of different types of roles and associated privilegesGood knowledge in creation and modification of data security policies and of different security user rolesKnowledge of EL expressions for applying the impact of new features and changes on existing configurations and thorough testing (SITUAT) in non-production environments to ensure a smooth transition with each communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
