Are you interested in a Co-Op opportunity with Philips We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) degree to participate in paid intern opportunities at our site in Colorado Springs. Through this role you will gain meaningful hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company.

Your role:

• Aids in the management of OMM departmental support process which has a direct impact onPhilips med-tech products by collaborating withdifferent stakeholders to ensure smooth operations demonstrating great inter-personal andcommunication skills.
• Supports the day-to-day activities of OMM department typically involving hands-onoperational tasks essential for maintaining production flow ensuring product quality managinginventory providing technical support etc. to meet dynamic environment and continuousimprovement goals exercising autonomy within established procedures.
• Conducts research on relevant topics and areas as requested by the manager byinvestigating current trends industry best practices and competitive landscape to providecomprehensive insights and support the strategic direction of ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Analyzes data related to departmental projects as requested by the manageridentifying significant trends patterns and anomalies and delivering actionable recommendationsthat drive data-informed decision-making.
• Assists in preparation and presentation of reports or findings for internal and external stakeholdersas required by manager ensuring that all findings are presented with utmost accuracyand clarity.

You are the right fit if

• Minimum 2 years completed towards a bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Engineering or Technology are Administration Operations Management or similar majors are acceptable.
• 3.0 minimum GPA preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Excellent communication skills
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

This is an onsite role.

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position is $24.00 to $28.00 plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
