Location: Palmer AK 99645
Schedule & Shift: Variable Day Shifts 12-hour shifts
Weekly Hours: 36 hours
Pay Rate: Up to $26/hour
Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality resident-centered care during day shifts. This role supports a skilled nursing population and plays a vital part in ensuring residents comfort safety and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care including bathing grooming feeding and mobility assistance
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report any changes
Ensure a safe clean and comfortable environment
Assist with meal service and accurate documentation
Follow all facility policies procedures and care protocols
Qualifications
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Alaska
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong communication teamwork and interpersonal skills
Compassionate patient-focused approach to care
