We are hiring Social Care Worker Residential Services (Maternity Cover) for a Community Based Organization in Dublin Ireland.
Contract: Specified Purpose (Maternity Cover)
Hours: 35 hours per week worked over 7 days including evenings weekends and sleepovers
Salary: (FTE). Actual salary will be paid on a pro rata basis based on 35 hours per week excluding premiums for evenings weekends and overnight shifts.
Location: Rush Co. Dublin
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality person-centred support to adults with intellectual disabilities.
Support individuals in developing daily living skills and achieving personal development goals.
Promote independence choice dignity and active community inclusion.
Work collaboratively as part of a professional residential care team.
Ensure services are delivered in line with HIQA Standards and the organisations values and policies.
Requirements
CORU registration as a Social Care Worker (essential).
QQI Level 7 or Level 8 degree in Social Care or a related discipline and/or significant relevant experience leading to CORU registration.
Full clean manual driving licence (essential).
Experience working in disability services and/or residential care settings.
A good working knowledge of HIQA Standards.
Strong communication interpersonal and teamwork skills.
