Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments
- Diagnose and treat a variety of urological conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Stay current with advancements in urology and medical practices
- Provide patient education on urological health and treatment options
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to practice improvement initiatives
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Associate-level experience in Urology or related field
- Active medical license in the state of practice
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts
No call shifts
Daily Census: 18-20
Procedures: General urology surgeries
No advanced training needed
EMR: Cerner
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & lodging
