Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Locum MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) specializing in Obstetrics and this role you will play a crucial part in providing temporary medical services to our clients ensuring the highest level of patient care. You will be involved in a variety of projects working closely with healthcare facilities to deliver exceptional medical services in the field of Ob/Gyn. This position is vital to maintaining the quality of healthcare services and meeting the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to obstetric and gynecologic patients.
- Perform routine check-ups screenings and medical procedures as required.
- Diagnose and treat various gynecological conditions and disorders.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure integrated patient care.
- Document patient medical histories and treatment plans accurately.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in Ob/Gyn.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment options.
- Adhere to all medical and ethical standards in patient care.
Requirements:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Valid state medical license to practice as a physician.
- Demonstrated experience in providing Ob/Gyn medical services.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and bedside manner with patients.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical setting.
Schedule: 24-hour call shifts specific dates
370 beds
