Junior Attorney R 35000pm STELLENBOSCH CPT (Must reside in/near Stellenbosch)
A well-established property investment and development group is looking to appoint a newly admitted Attorney to join their in-house legal function. This role is ideal for a candidate who has recently completed articles and wants to move into a commercial private-sector environment where legal work is practical fast-moving and closely tied to real business decisions.
You will work alongside a senior in-house attorney and play a key role in managing the legal paperwork that keeps complex property transactions and operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
Drafting reviewing and managing contracts and legal documentation
Assisting with property-related agreements leases and transactional paperwork
Supporting compliance and regulatory processes
Coordinating legal files and maintaining document control
Liaising with external attorneys stakeholders and internal teams
Providing day-to-day legal administrative and operational support
