Job Summary

As a IAM Engineer you will:
  • Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) rules workflows and provisioning processes within the IAM platform
  • Configure and maintain role definitions entitlements and access certification processes
  • Develop and manage integrations between IAM platforms and enterprise applications/systems
  • Ensure secure and seamless data exchange across connected systems
  • Support access provisioning certification campaigns and role lifecycle activities
  • Perform unit testing of RBAC configurations and workflows
  • Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Handle incident management troubleshooting and operational support post-deployment
  • Ensure IAM implementations align with organizational policies compliance frameworks and security standards
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 24 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering
  • Practical experience in RBAC implementation and workflow configuration
  • Experience working with IAM tools such as SailPoint Microsoft Entra Identity Management or Quest One Identity Manager
  • Knowledge of access certification and entitlement management processes
  • Experience in system role and application integration within IAM environments
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting for automation and workflow enhancements
  • Experience in unit testing UAT support and operational issue resolution
You Should Possess the Ability to:
  • Configure and implement RBAC frameworks effectively within IAM platforms
  • Automate access workflows using scripting and SQL
  • Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications securely
  • Conduct testing and validate configurations before production deployment
  • Identify and resolve access control incidents efficiently
  • Support governance and compliance requirements through proper access controls
