A manufacturing organization specializing in plastic injection operations and undergoing a strong phase of growth and operational transformation is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Finance Director to lead the companys end-to-end financial strategy and execution.
This role holds full responsibility for the Finance and Procurement functions and works closely with the CEO and Operations leadership to drive profitability strengthen internal controls optimize working capital and professionalize financial and plant-level processes. The CFO will play a key role in implementing and executing ERP-based financial and operational processes to ensure data accuracy financial discipline and scalable growth.
The position requires a hands-on leader with a strong operational mindset capable of translating financial strategy into measurable results on the plant floor while supporting the organization through its next phase of professionalization and expansion.
Requirements
10 years of senior-level finance experience in manufacturing environments
Strong expertise in plant finance costing inventory management and operational controls
Proven experience leading ERP implementations or major finance process transformations
Solid background in treasury tax budgeting forecasting and financial planning
Experience managing procurement and supplier strategies
Ability to partner effectively with Operations and executive leadership
Advanced English fluency required; fully bilingual (English/Spanish) profile mandatory
Strong leadership execution and team development capabilities
