Job Summary

A manufacturing organization specializing in plastic injection operations and undergoing a strong phase of growth and operational transformation is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Finance Director to lead the companys end-to-end financial strategy and execution.

This role holds full responsibility for the Finance and Procurement functions and works closely with the CEO and Operations leadership to drive profitability strengthen internal controls optimize working capital and professionalize financial and plant-level processes. The CFO will play a key role in implementing and executing ERP-based financial and operational processes to ensure data accuracy financial discipline and scalable growth.

The position requires a hands-on leader with a strong operational mindset capable of translating financial strategy into measurable results on the plant floor while supporting the organization through its next phase of professionalization and expansion.



Requirements

  • 10 years of senior-level finance experience in manufacturing environments

  • Strong expertise in plant finance costing inventory management and operational controls

  • Proven experience leading ERP implementations or major finance process transformations

  • Solid background in treasury tax budgeting forecasting and financial planning

  • Experience managing procurement and supplier strategies

  • Ability to partner effectively with Operations and executive leadership

  • Advanced English fluency required; fully bilingual (English/Spanish) profile mandatory

  • Strong leadership execution and team development capabilities

  • Required Skills:

    Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in continuous improvement process optimization and project management. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant improvement methodologies is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software. Working Conditions: This role may require occasional travel to various company locations or partner organizations. Flexible work hours to accommodate project needs and deadlines. The position may involve occasional extended work hours during critical project phases.
