About the Role:

As a Frontend Developer Intern based in Lower Parel Mumbai you will work on modern performance-driven websites built using with Strapi as the CMS. Youll focus on creating responsive clean and scalable user interfaces using Tailwind CSS while collaborating closely with backend automation and design teams to bring CMS-driven experiences to life.
This role is ideal for someone with strong frontend fundamentals who is eager to learn modern frameworks real-world CMS integrations and adapt quickly to evolving tools and requirements.

What Youll Do:

1. Frontend Development & UI Creation:
- Build and maintain frontend interfaces using .
- Style components using Tailwind CSS while following design guidelines.
- Convert designs and CMS content into reusable UI components.

2. Integration & Performance:
- Integrate frontend components with Strapi APIs.
- Ensure responsive layouts cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.
- Optimize frontend performance and page load times.
- Debug and resolve frontend and integration issues.

3. Collaboration & Feedback:
- Work closely with backend automation and design teams.
- Take feedback positively and iterate quickly on implementations.
- Maintain clean readable and reusable code.

4. Innovation & Learning:
- Learn and implement new frontend tools libraries or patterns as required.
- Stay updated with modern frontend practices and performance standards.
- Contribute ideas that improve UI quality and developer efficiency.

Requirements

Must-Have:

- Strong fundamentals of HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Prior exposure to .
- Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS.
- Basic understanding of React / component-based architecture.
- Experience working with headless CMS (Strapi or similar).
- Familiarity with consuming REST APIs.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Experience with Git / version control.
- Strong attention to UI detail with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ownership accountability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.

Required Skills:

Who You Are: Must-Have: 2 years of experience in business analysis CRM management or a related role. Proven experience with CRM platforms like LeadSquared and Zoho. Strong understanding of CRM customization workflow optimization and automation. Hands-on experience with BigQuery for reporting and data extraction. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Business process analysis and improvement BI Tools (looker studio Tableau) Marketing and Sales automation Should Have: Experience in developing automated reporting solutions and dashboards. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Nice to Have: Experience working with SQL and other data visualization tools.
