Technical/Functional Skills :

Strong Analytical skill and able to manage pressure in Outage situations/ Engineering call / Customer Call
Diagnose & troubleshoot deployment issues in all platforms including Web and Network applications
Should be able to identify and rectify issues in VPN - SSL IPSec Routing Access Policies NAT
Good Communication Skill

Experience Required
8 years of experience as a WebOps Engineer or in a similar role with hands-on experience in supporting Web hosting platforms/ FTP and Encryption protocols.

Roles & Responsibilities
Supporting number of devices and application flows in an Enterprise environment which is providing cloud experiences to End users
Using sophisticated Network tooling to address network connectivity issues fault analysis failure avoidance diagnosis and resolution of other functionalities impacting issues in distributed environment systems.
Working in In House application management systems designed to simplify the deployment & management of application delivery components
Process Improvement Automation Scripting

Generic Managerial Skills
Co-ordination with various stakeholders is required.
On time report preparation/discussion/submission.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education Bachelors degree
