Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Sodium Silicate plant ensuring safety quality and compliance with environmental and regulatory standards
Develop and execute operational strategies to improve productivity reduce costs and enhance equipment reliability
Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
Manage production planning capacity utilization and inventory control to meet customer demand and delivery timelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capital projects process optimization and technology upgrades
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics providing regular reports to senior leadership
Ensure adherence to OHS EHS and quality management systems across all operational activitie

Requirements

BE Chemical MBA Operations or equivalent
15-20 years as GM Ops or Plant Head in Sodium Silicate Plant
Bachelor status for minimum 6 months
