HIRING: AutoCAD Drafter Australian Residential

Were hiring an experienced AutoCAD Drafter to support an Australian structural engineering team delivering residential projects end-to-end. This is a hands-on drafting role for someone confident working independently on live jobs.

Required Skills:

Key requirements: Advanced AutoCAD skills Experience on Australian residential projects Ability to produce full structural drawing packages including: Waffle pod raft and strip footing slabs Suspended slabs Reinforcement plans (top & bottom steel laps bar marks) Timber framing and steel elements Familiarity with Australian Standards (AS 2870 AS 3600 AS 1684 NCC) Experience: 25 years residential structural drafting in Australia Comfortable working from engineer markups and coordinating with architectural and survey drawings
