Whats the Role:

As the Technology Project Co-ordinator you will be Coordinating and manage end to end database upgrade projects ensuring timelines scope and quality objectives are met.


The Role:

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end database upgrade projects ensuring timelines scope and quality objectives are met.
  • Act as the liaison between technical teams business units and project stakeholders to gather requirements and document business processes.
  • Maintain project artifacts including Jira boards schedules risk registers and status reports.
  • Use Jira to track project progress assign tasks and ensure accountability across teams.
  • Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings workshops and project updates to ensure transparent communication.
  • Support post-upgrade reviews to verify data integrity and system performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project methodologies and business processes


What do I need

  • Strong understanding of database technologies including SQL and Oracle with exposure to other platforms such as PostgreSQL MongoDB and cloud databases
  • Solid knowledge of project and delivery methodologies enabling effective collaboration with project and program teams
  • Handson experience with Agile delivery including strong proficiency using Jira for backlog management boards and tracking
  • Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to proactively identify assess and resolve issues
  • Experience using Power BI for reporting insights and data visualisation
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and project frameworks such as PMP or PRINCE2
  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and documentation skills with the ability to juggle priorities meet deadlines and collaborate or mentor within a team
