The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in shaping the organizations workforce by building strong relationships with business leaders understanding long term talent needs and delivering an exceptional hiring experience. This role blends strategic partnership with hands on recruiting sourcing interviewing and onboarding coordination. Youll influence how the company attracts evaluates and welcomes top talent from experienced professionals to emerging early career candidates. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to understand current and future hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing screening interviewing and offer coordination
- Deliver a consistent candidate-focused hiring experience
- Develop and manage early career and campus recruiting programs
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Coordinate interview logistics debriefs and hiring decisions
- Prepare offers and manage pre-employment and onboarding processes
- Support onboarding programs and continuous process improvement
- Manage job postings and external recruiting partners as needed
- Support broader HR initiatives and department needs as a reliable and proactive team resource
Qualifications
- 5 years of recruiting experience preferably in financial services insurance or a regulated environment
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Proven success sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms
- Experience building or supporting campus and early career recruiting programs preferred
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly learn technical and specialized roles (including surety-related positions)
- Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders influence hiring decisions and build stakeholder trust
- Experience delivering high-quality candidate experiences from sourcing through onboarding
- Familiarity with Predictive Index (PI) or similar assessment tools preferred
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics and insights to guide recruiting strategy
- Excellent communication relationship-building organizational and time management skills
- High level of professionalism discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Self-starter who enjoys building programs improving processes and taking ownership
- Ability to prioritize multitask and adapt in a fast-paced evolving environment

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $90000 and $110000 per year. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. The base salary range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to prior experience relevant expertise current business needs and market factors. Final offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally salary wages may be only part of the total compensation package. The total compensation package for this position will also include eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
