Role Overview
We are seeking a High-Performing Electrical Engineer (Must be Licensed) specializing in Power Systems to join our engineering division. This is a technical engineering role requiring a rare blend of theoretical expertise and hands-on field capability. The successful candidate will lead projects through the entire lifecycle: from initial Power Systems Studies and Protection Coordination to Detailed Design and understand On-site Commissioning.
If you are a results-driven engineer who thrives on solving complex electrical challenges and ensuring grid reliability we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities

Protection & Control: Design and configure protective relaying schemes. Develop relay settings logic diagrams and coordination curves to ensure system stability and safety.
Detailed Engineering Design: Develop full electrical packages including Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) wiring schematics cable schedules and equipment specifications for MV/HV substations and industrial facilities.
Field Commissioning: Lead on-site testing and commissioning of electrical infrastructure. This includes primary equipment testing (transformers breakers) and secondary systems (relay functional testing and point-to-point checks).
Project Ownership: Manage technical deliverables from the conceptual phase through to as-built documentation ensuring compliance with IEEE NEC and NETA standards.
Required Qualifications & Mindset
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Power Engineering with a proven track record in both design and field environments.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of power analysis software (e.g. ETAP SKM).
Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding relationships in fault analysis and the application of protective device coordination.
Growth Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who takes extreme ownership of project outcomes and client satisfaction.
