Responsibilities
Overview:
As a Corporate Actions Analyst you will help oversee a team of analysts responsible for researching and validating corporate action data to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of securities processing information to our business partners.
What Youll Contribute Day-to-Day:
- Oversee and review daily team deliverables
- Ensure all SLAs are met and daily work is completed accurately and on time
- Serve as an escalation point for business partners regarding inquiries and daily tasks
- Identify and recommending process and reporting improvements
- Monitor internal controls and proactively addressing potential risks
- Prove oversight and support for team initiatives
- Own incident follow-up activities as well as updates to controls and processes
Qualifications
Youll Be A Great Fit If you Have:
- Bachelors degree in business finance or a related field
- Comprehensive understanding of the financial services industry
- Proven experience leading mentoring and motivating high-performing teams
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and business partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Track record of contributing to high risk high visibility initiatives
- Ability to react in a fast paced deadline-driven environment
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities and adapting to shifting demands
