This hands-on role is perfect for an HR pro who enjoys being visible approachable and involved in day-to-day operationshelping team members thrive while keeping things compliant and running smoothly.
What Youll Do
- Support payroll and maintain employee records
- Coordinate hiring onboarding and terminations
- Schedule interviews for hourly roles
- Be a go-to HR resource for team members and leaders
- Help ensure compliance with employment wage & hour and safety regulations
- Assist with safety compliance and training
- Perform ongoing training and design team events
What Were Looking For
- HR experience
- Strong communication skills
- Organized detail-oriented creative and approachable
- Comfortable with computers and HR systems
- Hospitality experience a plus (but not required!)
- Spanish speaking a plus
