Job Summary

The Fee for Service Staff Psychologist performs the function of specialized couples and family consultant for Pavilion patients.

Psychologist will meet with patient and family at the request of the treatment team to provide family and/or couples consultation
Documents in the record the consult report including treatment recommendations
Communicates findings to the treatment team and attends rounds and case conference as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications - External

Degree: PhD or PsyD

License: License to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of MA

Experience: 3 to 4 years of post-licensure experience

- Excellent clinical interviewing and assessment/therapy skills to work with patients and families.
- Adjusting actions in relation to others actions.

- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
