Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Psychologist LCSW LMFT LPC or LPCC)
Compensation: $47.50 per client session; paid bi-weekly
Employment Type: W-2 Part-Time Employee; Non-Exempt
Schedule: Office hours: Monday Wednesday Thursday 8am-7pm; 15-20 client contact hours/week
Location: This is an in-person role based out of Cumming GA
Role Summary
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals couples and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload delivering evidence-based care and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. The Licensed Mental Health Therapist must be able to work with children ages 3 or 5 and up through adult.
Licensed Therapist Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual family and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
- Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
- Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Maintain an active caseload of approximately 1520 clients per week
- Participate in clinical consultation supervision or team meetings as required
- Adhere to ethical standards licensing requirements and company policies

Requirements
Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications
- Active unrestricted license as a Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) LCSW LMFT LPC or LPCC in GA
- Masters or doctoral degree in Psychology Social Work Counseling Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
- Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g. CBT DBT EMDR ACT)
- Ability to provide therapy independently
- Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
- Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children adolescents trauma couples etc.
- Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
