What Youll Need:

Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with active NMC registration.
Strong clinical background with confident decision-making skills.
A caring professional approachable personality committed to high-quality care.

Previous experience in a nursing home environment.

Use strong clinical judgement to respond to changing health conditions.
