Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Work as a Business Analyst for AI/ML initiatives translating business requirements into clear test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
Support testing and validation of AI agents across the SDLC including test planning execution defect analysis and reporting.
Perform functional and AI behaviour testing for GenAI and LLM-based solutions.
Validate AI outputs for accuracy reliability bias explainability and compliance with responsible AI guidelines.
Collaborate with QA engineering and product teams to improve test coverage and solution quality.
Document requirements test scenarios results and stakeholder feedback.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors or masters degree in engineering Computer Science or related field.
6 years of experience as a BA QA Analyst or AI/ML Tester with exposure to AI/ML or GenAI solutions.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts LLMs prompt engineering and agent-based systems.
Exposure to Google Cloud AI services (e.g. Vertex AI) from a testing or validation standpoint.
Strong analytical documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
