- Serve as the central interfacebetween Service Operations and our customers: manage the hotline handle the mailbox and receive qualify and process requests from customers administration sales and engineers across the Nordic/Baltic region.
- Coordinate service activities in our ERP systemby creating notifications dispatching workordersand processingspare-partsorders including returns after service visits.
- Monitor customer casesand follow up with service engineers;ensure calibration compliance and manage toolset distributionand tool control for internal and external service visits.
- Plan and schedule field activitiestogether with the support team ensuring smooth and efficient maintenance andinstallationwork at customer sites. Track Field Service Engineer progress to securehigh-qualityexecution.
- Manage workwear accountsfor the service team and ensure hotline coverage during absences in coordination with the Service Manager.
- Drive service excellenceby contributing to strong KPI performance and fostering trusted proactive collaboration with customers and colleagues.
- Acompletedtechnicaltrainingwitha strongunderstandingof technical customer supportas well as provenexperience in the additive manufacturing industry.
- Youmaintainatarget- and quality-oriented attitudewith the ability to prioritize workload and to complete assignments accurately.
- Very goodwritten and spoken English.Proficiencyin one or more Nordic& Balticlanguages is a significant advantage.
- Very goodcomputerskills (SAP MS Office)
- You are aTeam player withgoodcommunicationskills and networking ability.
- Motivated to take over new tasksadaptquicklyand work independently.
