Working closely with our Social Media Managers you bring content calendars to life and push creative boundaries every day.

Your tasks
- You are the voice of the brand in the daily dialogue with the community managing comments DMs and mentions with care sensitivity and a deep understanding of each platforms language
- You actively foster engagement by starting conversations and building meaningful long term relationships between brand and community
- You publish and schedule content based on editorial calendars ensuring precision consistency and strong alignment with platform logic and best practices
- You continuously monitor social channels identifying trends insights conversations and cultural moments that are relevant for the brand
- You ensure that all captions interactions and content pieces reflect the tone of voice and brand positioning with clarity and accuracy
- You support reporting and community feedback analysis transforming daily performance into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Your skills
- You have a genuine passion for social media communities and digital culture with a strong understanding of how audiences behave and connect across platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- You bring exceptional attention to detail ensuring every caption emoji timing and interaction meets the highest quality standards
- You stay up to date with trends formats creators and platform dynamics and proactively translate them into fresh ideas and daily content
- You confidently use scheduling publishing and monitoring tools and feel comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in parallel
- You are proactive organised fluent in English and thrive in a fast paced agency environment with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- You ideally bring first experience in a creative or social agency environment and feel comfortable working with premium or luxury brands

What we do We enable brands to win and retain customers on social media and do all that works for that: influencer marketing paid social advertising and social media management.
