What You Will Do

• Collaborate within a distributed team to support network infrastructure engineering projects and deliverables.

• Maintain and update network infrastructure documentation including diagrams inventories configurations and procedures.

• Partner across functions (Infrastructure Cyber DT Business Units) to develop solutions that drive business success.

• Assist in creating scripts and automations to streamline manual tasks.

• Troubleshoot and resolve real-time network connectivity issues while adhering to change management processes.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science Information Technology Computer Engineering or related field with an expected graduation date no earlier than September 2026.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word Excel Visio Teams and PowerPoint.

• Foundational understanding of network technologies (e.g. Routing Switching Subnetting Encryption).

• Familiarity with network automation tools (e.g. Python Ansible Git).

Qualifications We Prefer

• Certifications in Cisco Aruba Palo Alto or similar technologies are a plus.

• Familiarity with cloud networking concepts or technologies is highly desirable.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively on a team or independently with minimal guidance.

• Strong time management organization adaptability and multitasking skills in dynamic environments.

• Problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies.

The salary range for this role is 37000 USD - 82000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
