Job Summary

***4-day work week*** (Full-Time - 32 hours/week 8am - 5pm)

Responsibilities:

Producing mammography screenings and diagnostic exams following established protocols and guidelines.
Utilizing general x-ray bone densitometry and mammography modalities to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to accurately communicate imaging findings.
Collaborate with radiologists physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in mammography technology and techniques to provide optimal services to patients.
Following established protocols for infection control and patient safety during all procedures.

Qualifications:

ARRT certification and a current Iowa permit to practice in general radiography is required.
ARRT certification in mammography is a plus.
State certified mammography training program is available for onsite specialty training.
Some lifting is involved with this position.
